RICHARD CLIFT

SPORTS NUTRITIONIST 

My journey into sports nutrition started as a professional rugby player, where I quickly realised how much of a difference the right nutrition could make in performance. After working with my own sports nutritionist and seeing the impact it had on my strength, recovery, and overall game, I knew I wanted to help others experience the same benefits. Along the way, I earned a Bachelor of Business from the University of Queensland and became a personal trainer, which gave me a well-rounded understanding of the physical demands athletes face.

I know firsthand that every athlete is different, and what works for one person doesn’t always work for another. That’s why I’m passionate about creating nutrition plans that are as individual as the people I work with. Whether you're lifting in the gym, training for a fight, or working on your athletic performance in other ways, I’m here to give you the guidance and support you need to make your nutrition work for you—not against you.

WHY I DO IT

I’m driven by the desire to help athletes get the most out of their training, without the confusion or trial and error that often comes with figuring out what to eat. Nutrition shouldn’t be a guessing game—it should be a tool that supports your goals and helps you perform at your best. My aim is to remove the noise and give you clear, actionable advice that’s personalised to your body and your needs.

I specialise in working with athletes of all types to create nutrition strategies that optimise strength, endurance, muscle gain, and recovery. Together, we’ll focus on the right balance of nutrients to support your performance and ensure you recover quickly and effectively between training sessions
